C4 Ranch is the family ranch of Derek and April Bell in Val Verde County. Prior to the purchase of the ranch by the Bells, the area was heavily overgrazed for decades resulting in a landscape almost unsuitable for wildlife. The Bells purchased the ranch and placed it under the Texas State Wildlife Exemption program and started restoration efforts under the watchful eye of wildlife biologist Sylvester Sorola. The ranch is now a low fence, free-range, thriving wildlife haven supporting several species of wild game including 3 species of deer, Aoudad Sheep, Elk, Turkey, Blackbuck Antelope, hogs, and a variety of upland game birds and small game. Our goal is to have a thriving, healthy, wildlife habitat on the ranch for a variety of hunting game.
